Austria - Rofan via ferrata + hike to Seebergspitze (2085 m)
A two-day trip to Austria: camping in tents, the Rofan via ferrata above Maurach (2192 m, level B–C), swimming in Lake Achensee with mountain and waterfall views, a group grill evening, and on day two a hike to the Seebergspitze summit (2085 m).

Day 1 — Oct 10
Departure from Nuremberg (Nürnberg Hbf) at 07:00. Arrival in Austria, check-in at the campsite, pitching tents. A snack — then the Rofan via ferrata above Maurach (summit 2192 m, level B–C): those who want to can do the route, followed by swimming in Lake Achensee with views of mountains, waterfalls and mountain streams. Sunset in one of Austria's most beautiful spots. In the evening — a grill (shrimp, steaks, fish soup) and a night in tents in the fresh air.

Day 2 — Oct 11
We wake up at 8:00 and have breakfast together. We set off for the Seebergspitze summit (2085 m) — a hike to the top with views over Lake Achensee. We descend to the cars, take a snack break (tea, coffee), then drive back to Germany and take everyone home.

- ·Via ferrata kit (harness, helmet, self-belay set) — if you don't have your own, we'll provide one for everyone
- ·At least 2–3 liters of water per person
- ·Via ferrata gloves
- ·Trekking or hiking shoes
- ·Headlamp
- ·Swimwear
For Camping
- ·Power bank
- ·Sleeping bag
- ·A sleeping mat (for under the sleeping bag in the tent)
- ·Warm clothes for the evening
- ·A change of clothes (socks, underwear, T-shirt, pants, jacket)
- ·A flashlight (optional)
- ·Sunglasses
- ·Sunscreen
- ·Snacks and food for the hikes (protein bars, nuts, bananas)
- ·A tent (if you have one)
- ·Spare footwear (for the campsite and the car)
Everyone brings their own breakfast, whatever you like. The EwaTour team organizes the grill area and dinner every evening (we cook together, help is welcome). The campsite has a shared kitchen with everything you need, fridges for food — you can cook yourself for free, it's included in the stay. There are also showers and restrooms.
